I have had experience in many facets of caregiving. I am a licensed CNA in Indiana as well as Kentucky. I started in Healthcare as an EMT 20 years ago. I maintain my certification in Ohio. I have had positions in home health care, caring for clients with all kinds of medical complications. I have worked with developmentally and physically disabled individuals. I am very empathetic, compassionate, and detail oriented. I have worked extensively with the elderly in home heath and nursing home settings. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's in Healthcare administration and long term care at WKU. My specialty is dementia and end of life care. I love helping families navigate a very difficult and confusing diagnosis in a healthcare system that is very unfriendly. I love finding ways to provide qualities of life for patients that have lost so much. I try giving them a voice again and maintain dignity as much as possible, as long as possible.
