Caring for others is more than a job for me; it's a passion. For the past five years, I've been a dedicated caretaker for my stepmom, who has cirrhosis and uses a wheelchair. I manage all her daily needs with patience and attention to detail. I also provided overnight care for a client with dementia. I understand the importance of clear communication and can easily adapt to your preferred method, whether it's daily reports, phone calls, emails, or in-person updates. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their needs and being there to support them. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines and incorporating memory care activities. My personal experience includes raising a son with autism. I am comfortable providing transportation, hospice services, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. CPR and First Aid certified.
