I have experience with elderly caregiving, cleaning, and assisting autistic individuals. I was employed in the Strongsville School District as a substitute aide and I have experience with assisting individuals on the autism spectrum during my employment there, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I also have personal experience with autism as one of my children is on the spectrum and is now an adult. Currently, I am exploring various modalities to help calm anxiety, such as tapping, breathwork, sound healing and reiki. I was also employed at UPS as a porter. Job duties included, general cleaning of the warehouse, mopping, dusting, ordering supplies etc. Lastly, I have both personal and professional experience with elderly care and end of life care. Which included medication prompting, feeding, hygiene assistance, companionship, food preparation, etc. I strive to have a calm, professional and compassionate presence wherever I am employed.
