I provide assistance and support with activities of daily living, which include, but are not limited to: personal care/hygiene, ambulation/transfers, housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation. Other services provided: Check vital signs such as blood pressure, respiration and pulse, document information appropriately. Monitor a client's physical and mental condition, keeping notes and records for family/provider on changes or concerns. Respond appropriately to emergencies. Medication administration. Range of motion exercises. Accompanied clients to and from appointments as needed. Run errands for clients as needed/requested.
