Jessica lacked prompt communication during our experience with her. she was an hour late on her second day and we did not hear from her until a half hour after she was late. we then had set up days for the following week. we texted her the day before to confirm that she could still babysit for us and we received no reply until the next day, 30 minutes after she was supposed to be here, and informed us that she could not babysit that day. we gave Jessica a third chance and one this day, she stated that she would be late due to car issues but didn't know how late. after 3 hours, we still had not heard back so we told her not to worry about coming to babysit for the day.
