About Jessica

I've spent the last 10 years as the full-time caregiver for my mother, walking alongside her through Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, diabetes, and the everyday challenges that come with aging. That experience taught me that good senior care is about so much more than helping with tasks -- it's about patience, dignity, companionship, and truly caring for someone the way you would want your own family cared for. I'm comfortable helping with daily routines, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and creating a calm, safe environment. I understand how important it is for seniors to feel respected, heard, and supported while maintaining as much independence as possible. Caregiving has been a big part of my life, and I bring that same compassion, attentiveness, and reliability to the families I work with.
