I hired Jessica full-time 2 1/2 weeks ago and her dependability has been a blessing to our family. My 14-month-old son has been thriving with her attention and the stability she creates in his environment. She doesn't hesitate to take him for walks despite the summer heat, and she has played music with him also, in addition to playing with his toys with him. Despite her obvious experience, she has also been flexible and made a few small adaptations at request, and also we've made at least one change that I can think of, that she suggested. She keeps the house well-organized, too. We are so lucky to have her.
