My calling lies in fostering the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Eight years in care roles have solidified my desire to positively impact lives. I am a Registered Nurse with a graduate degree. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I respect each care recipient's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I communicate with families through written daily reports, honoring their preferred method. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring heart to your family.
