I have been working with special needs children for 4 years now and although it may have challenges, I have seen tremendous progress with the children I work with. I am familiar with ABA services, non verbal communication, bathroom needs, agressive behavior/SIB and stimming behaviors. My patience level is very high and I have lots of experience in difficult situations. I currently work for a family with two children that are on the spectrum and I am looking to fill in hours that I have available. I have worked with each level on the autism spectrum and am comfortable with all levels.
