I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and experience providing one on one support, implementing individualized behavior plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, and helping children build independence in a positive and supportive environment. I'm patient, dependable, caring, and comfortable working with children with different needs and personalities. My experience as an RBT has taught me how to create structure and routines while still making activities fun and engaging. I'm also experienced with following safety procedures, communicating with parents and caregivers, and maintaining a professional and nurturing environment.
