Jess has been our full-time nanny for our 4 children for just over two years. She was like a family member in our home and we simply could not have managed without her. She is patient, engaging, positive, trustworthy and reliable. She supports family values, promotes safety, and always has the best interest of the kids’ at heart. She genuinely loves taking care of children and I know she would do anything for our kids. She’s taken care of newborn twins and precocious toddlers - so she can handle anything! She really helps to encourage and nurture the skills that any child is working on - whether it’s working on physical therapy with a newborn, getting an 7mo to sit, an 18mo to work with speech therapy, or a 3yo to talk about their feelings. Our kids will be going to school and we are so sad to let her go.
