Jesse joined our team Tommy just over two weeks ago and showed great aptitude and was pleasant during the interview and initial trainings sessions. As time progressed, believe he ran into some communication challenges with his peers (two of whom had over 4 years experience on the team) so might suggest he be considered as an individual contributor verses team player. From our view, we couldn't depend on him to be on time and commit to the agreed shifts. We finally released him after he advised 15 mins prior to his expected shift time that he wouldn't be able to make his shift thereby leaving us quickly to try and fill his shift at last minute handling a total care special needs/non verbal patient.
