I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse with my parents who are 90 and 93. Jesse was very responsive through the interview process. He is flexible and accommodating. He spent an hour with my parents and was able to understand their needs and make a strong connection. As we go through this process he has been flexible and understanding as we figure out our needs. My mother said, 'That is an honest and high quality person, we were lucky to meet him.'
