Her first day was fine. She came 30 minutes early. She agreed to work Friday 6pm-6am and has not showed up. This puts a serious strain on our staff to find work last minute. I would not rehire. I received a message saying she had a family emergency and traveled back to Mexico. She only responded after I said I would leave a bad review on Care.com.
