About Jesse

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient, and compassionate. I like working with kids because it's nice to see the world through their perspective, as well as to play a part in how that perspective may change throughout their lives. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help families while also being able to care for my own baby. I started working with kids professionally as a lifeguard and swim instructor in 2018 through the local YMCA, and have been babysitting since I was around 12 years old. I've continued working with kids of all ages through coaching ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, play video games, go to yoga or pilates classes, and spend time with family/friends. One thing you should know about me is that I care for others' families just as I would my own. It's a privilege to care for others. My skills include creative thinking/problem solving, patience with all sorts of temperaments, and helping children learn new skills.
