About Jessa

I'd describe my personality as calm, thoughtful and caring. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping kids develop new skills and have fun. I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue my work experience in childcare within a schedule that works for me. I started working with kids when I was in my early teens as a babysitter, and I continued working with children as an adult in both a daycare and a school setting. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside and spend time with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is that I am very creative, both when it comes to activities and crafts for children, and when it comes to problem solving. My skills include creating activities which are engaging and developmentally appropriate, handling the negative emotions and tantrums that children may have, and adapting to sudden changes.
