About Jessa

Hi! My name is Jessa, and I'm a 19-year-old freshman in college, studying elementary education. I turn 20 in August. I've always wanted to be a teacher because I absolutely love working with and building into kids. I love getting to know each child individually, and making sure they feel safe. I try to be someone they can look up to, but also feel comfortable being themselves around! I've spent a lot of time working with kids-helping with younger cousins, volunteering at church, and teaching in a preschool program for two years in high school-which has given me a strong foundation. I am also totally willing to help with additional needs (pet care, cleaning, meal prep, etc). I was CPR and First Aid certified in 2023 and plan to renew soon.
