Jessalyn has been a gift to our family. She has been helping to care for my mom (age 96) since January of 2024. The ONLY reason we are discontinuing her service is that we are moving my mom to an assisted living facility. Theoretically, the level of enhanced care my mom needs will be provided in this new setting. The hardest part of making this next step for my mom (and me) is not having Jessalyn by her side! I highly recommend Jessalyn as competent care-provider. Jessalyn is kind, compassionate, and caring… Jessalyn always kept me up to date on my mom’s needs and wants. I live close by and visit my mom frequently, therefore I am providing a first-hand report. My mom retained her dignity at a difficult time thanks to Jessalyn.
