Hello! My name is Jess, I'm 27-year-old local from Traverse City, looking for part-time work this winter. As the oldest of four siblings, I've been caring for kids since I was 7, and helping raise my three younger siblings taught me how rewarding it is to watch kids grow and learn. Since then, I've cared for children of all ages, from infants to teens. I'm CPR/First Aid certified through the American Red Cross and bring both safety and energy to the families I work with. I'm active and creative, love planning activities, organizing art projects (I often bring my own supplies and games), and getting kids outside-even in the snow! I believe in balancing fun with structure, setting healthy limits around screen time, and keeping routines that work best for each family.
