Jerrie is very young, but I took a chance on her. She wrote back thanking me for the interview, etc., but I soon realized that she did not come up with those words herself. Furthermore, she has poor listening skills. Jerrie worked for me one day, and seemed to do an ok job. Then she asked me for her pay 2 days before payday. 2 days later she was supposed to work and she didn't come in or call. I have been unable to get in touch with her!
