About Jerra

I love working with kids because they encourage me to be the best version of myself possible. They remain curious and remind me to pay attention to the small details in life and to continue learning everyday as I grow older too. I like building connections with kiddos and helping them come into their personalities! I started working with kids in 2020 when I landed a job with an incredible family of physicians. I started doing full time infant care for their 3-month-old while mom worked from home in the basement, we would go pick up the older one and come back to play and make dinner. Later on I transitioned to a morning drop off and after school pick up role for both of them. Did light housekeeping, food prep, milk storage, and cooked dinner for them for years! In my spare time, I love to hike with my dog, travel periodically, read, draw, and go see movies with my friends. My dog is my best friend and I have 3 cats, all of which are rescues. I love animals and the outdoors!
