Jerome was an incredible resource having worked in elder care in many roles with many companies. When we went from no care to needing full time care, it was a huge undertaking to figure out the options. Jerome was a great resource. He was also very accessible when I called him multiple times per day for a couple weeks to get our care plan situated.
