Jerome is the complete package. Some people care but aren't all that competent. Others have skill but no heart. And some with both compassion and skill still lack the flexibility to learn knew things. With Jerome you have compassion, skill, and flexibility all rolled together. I can't offer as many hours as he'd like right now, but believe me, I'll be expanding his role as soon as possible.
