About Jermelle

I'm Jermelle. I provide patient, one-on-one computer tutoring for students, and adults. I help learners build confidence with computers by explaining things clearly, step by step, and at a pace that makes sense for them. I can assist with everyday computer skills, school-related technology, and general troubleshooting, including using Windows, basic software, online tools, file organization, and understanding how systems work. My goal is not just to fix problems, but to help you understand what you're doing so you feel more independent and confident. I'm calm, supportive, and comfortable working with beginners as well as people who feel "behind" with technology. Lessons are tailored to each person's goals, learning style, and experience level.
