I'm a compassionate, dependable and patient person who genuinely enjoys helping others. I have firsthand experience caring for a family member, which has given me a deeper understanding of how important it is to have someone trustworthy and dependable when a loved one needs extra support. I also have more than 20 years of experience working one-on-one with people as a massage therapist and fitness professional. Throughout my career, I've learned the importance of listening, patience, respect and making people feel comfortable and cared for. I'm interested in providing companionship and non-medical support, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, grocery shopping, transportation and simply spending time with someone who could use a little extra company. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and I take the trust families place in me seriously.
