About Jerica

Jerica worked for us for several months in 2016 and 2017, first as a caregiver for my aging father-in-law and then as a full-time nanny for my daughter as she grew from age about 12 to 17 months. Nannying was the bulk of her time with us and she was great the whole way through. The first word that comes to mind when I think of Jerica is Trust. You can trust her with your kid! She's not the type to be looking at her phone or otherwise distracted while on the job. She is just very "on it" and watchful. While she was with us, she taught our daughter so much -- all sorts of new words and new moves. It was very cool to see. Our daughter adored her, of course. Jerica was also great with getting housework done while our daughter napped. I honestly don't know how she got so much done, because she would also take a break (which is essential!), but she always managed to keep the laundry and dishes going and everything very tidy. She's the whole package. I highly, highly recommend her.
