My background includes a college degree and professional certifications in CPR Training and First Aid Training. I pride myself on being a patient, compassionate, and approachable caregiver. I love assisting with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. When caring for individuals with memory needs, I focus on de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines with calm redirection.
