As my personal trainer, Jeremy tested my level of fitness and everyday functioning as a senior citizen. He was a great listener, and very understanding and gave me a lot of good advice to stay strong and healthy. He devised a personal exercise program for me and followed up in our home regularly, coming at convenient times for me, to see how I was doing. He was always very caring, and is a very personable, outgoing young gentleman.
