About Jerel

Hi! I'm Jerel, a caring, dependable babysitter with a unique combination of teaching and medical experience. I currently work as an Assistant Teacher in a nature-based preschool, where I help children learn through hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, creative play, and positive encouragement. I also previously worked as an educator at SeaWorld, leading camps, field trips, and interactive programs for children of all ages. Before teaching, I spent over six years in healthcare as a Medical Assistant and served as a U. S. Navy Hospital Corpsman. My background in first aid, emergency response, and patient care allows me to provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for children. I love reading, crafts, games, science activities, and outdoor adventures, and I strive to make every child feel safe, supported, and excited to learn while having fun!
