About Jerah

Hello! My name is Jerah and I am a dedicated childcare professional with strong hands-on experience and training in child safety and development. I hold certifications in Teacher Aiding, Preventing Slips, Trips & Falls, Risk Management 101, Child Sexual Abuse Prevention, and Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens. I discovered my passion for working with children early on. During high school, I spent two years as a teacher aide, independently leading an elementary classroom each morning. I also worked as a nanny, caring for an infant from 3 months old through early childhood until I moved to Austin. After relocating, I joined the YMCA Children's Center, where I worked with children from newborns to age 11. These experiences strengthened my ability to support different age groups, adapt to developmental needs, and create a safe, nurturing environment. I'm now seeking a full-time nanny position where I can bring my warmth, reliability, and experience to a family.
