My life was changed in high school when I took a class that assisted my fellow students that had special needs. After that, I did an internship with children in preschool that had special needs. Soon after that I got a job with Tooele County School district working as a para-educator in a public school. Then I worked with adults that have special needs at a in-home care facility. I have learned so many important, unforgettable life lessons from each person I have been lucky enough to teach and support. This is something that I am extremely passionate about and look forward to the amazing individuals that I have yet to meet!
