Jen has watched both of our girls since they were babies, who are now 6 and 9. What I love is that she isn't there to sit and watch them. She interacts with them. She comes up with fun activities for them, where they end up learning as they play. She will send pictures or videos of things they are doing, which is comforting when you can't be at home with your kids. And since we have two dogs, she has also helped with them. She will house/pet sit for us when we have gone on vacations. We love Jen and definitely recommend her for your family!
