Hi there! I am Jen. I am a special ed teacher during the school year! have dedicated the past 12 years to fostering the growth and development of children. My passion for caring for children stems from my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. With a patient, calm, and creative personality, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Effective communication is essential, and I keep parents informed about their child's day, whether through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call, depending on their preferred method. I have no qualms about enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and disciplined environment. Playing with children is a joy, and I enjoy a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have completed some graduate-level coursework and hold certifications in First Aid Training, CPR Training, Elementary and Special Education.
