I am a private certified personal trainer and Occupational Therapist (OT) (29 years experience) ; I currently run a wellness practice in Wilson county Tennessee. I have worked in the hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, Home Health, and w/in the insurance industry. As a certified private trainer w/ an OT background, I design and implement individualized fitness/wellness programs tailored to the client's physical abilities, health goals, and help mitigate long-term health challenges. I am able to determine strength, mobility, endurance, and daily functional performance needs. I educate clients on proper exercise tasks, fall prevention, function cognition, environmental safety, and lifestyle habits to support overall wellness/independence. My biggest goal is to keep people as independent in their home safely w/ best their quality of life. Working 1:1 as a private trainer I charge $80. 00 hourly w/in the Wilson County TN area. Rates go up if I need to travel outside of Wilson county.
