Jenny has served our family as a temp nanny off and on for my children since my daughter was an infant in 2009. She has cared for both my children, now ages 4 and 2. Over the years Jenny has put in both part-time, full-time and evening hours for our family. I highly recommend her for future employment and feel blessed to have her as a part of my children's lives. While caring for our family, Jenny went above and beyond her duties every single day. She potty trained my son in a month, helped with house duties, even cared for my aging dog and over all made life easier for two hard working parents. In addition, my son has a bleeding disorder and Jenny was very attentive to those needs. She seems to have the magic touch with a range of ages and displays the skill set of a true professional and well-seasoned nanny. As a person, Jenny has a kindhearted, patient and nurturing personality. She has quiet warmth that children are drawn to. Her common sense approach to child care and open communication with us made it easy to establish trust quickly. Beyond wonderful care, Jenny s work ethic is top-notch. She was always very understanding and flexible, even when having to work odd or unexpected hours. She is punctual, complete in her duties, mindful about family diet choices and parent philosophy. I highly recommend Jenny as an employee for you or your organization.
