Hi, I'm Jen! I have a passion for early childhood development and absolutely love being a part of it. As a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) with about two years of specialized experience, I bring a patient, calm, and imaginative approach to every interaction. I work one on one with autistic children every single day and am specifically familiar with neurodivergent kiddos. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I prioritize both fun and development. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping to support your family's routine. I value clear communication and will provide consistent updates through daily reports or texts. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules to ensure consistency.
