About Jenny

Who am I? I am 32, a Fort Collins native, not quite 5' tall, and have a big heart for children, the elderly, and God. I was active in sports during high school, especially volleyball. My favorite activities are tennis, hiking, cycling, paddle boarding and taking care of my numerous plants. I graduated from C. S. U. in December of 2020 with BA in Communication Studies. It took me seven years, but I was blessed to be able to finish debt-free and maintained a 4. 0 even while working part-time as a nanny. In 2013, I spent several months in Mozambique working with orphans. In recent years, I have taken short term mission trips to the Philippines, Jamaica, and Guatemala. I have been greatly impacted by my interactions with people in these different cultures, and it helps me have a healthy perspective towards the blessings we have in the United States. I have such a heart for children the world over, and I am grateful that I can continue to minister to families as a nanny. That's who I am!

I am a mentor, pastor, and friend with Jenny. I have known Jenny for a few years now. I have found Jenny to be a very authentic and compassionate young woman. Jenny serves as one of the youth group leaders at the church we attend. She is also a leader amongst the young adults in our church. Jenny is exceptionally relational and at the same time a very hard worker. Jenny has big picture and detailed perspective. She can see the needs in an environment and find quick solutions to meet these needs. Jenny takes time to care for herself along with reaching out and caring for others. Jenny is also one of the most passionate young people I have met. Her interests are something she pursues because she truly cares about them. Jenny has the ability to be a great leader and also instinctively understands the best moments to follow another leader. She has healthy boundaries and wonderful goals. Jenny will be a fantastic member to any team she chooses to participate with. I highly recommend this young lady for your program.
