About Jenny

I am a Tulane graduate with numerous years of childcare experience. I had recurring babysitting and private tutoring throughout my undergraduate experience. I pursued a degree in Anthropology and secondary education certifications in English and Social Studies during my time at Tulane. Upon graduation, I moved to Dallas, TX to begin a middle school English teaching career and a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins. I have significant experience supporting students performing below reading levels, English language learners, and students with IEPs and 504 plans. I received the honor of Instructional Employee of the Year for my data-informed teaching methods and significant student growth scores. I am now a full-time education consultant and volunteer with youth-focused organizations on the weekends. I would be thrilled to collaborate with you and your child to create a customized learning and/or enrichment curriculum to support their reading language arts needs.
