It's truly rewarding to help adults and seniors live comfortably and independently. With 30 years of experience in Health and Human Services case management, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, as well as supporting their families. My graduate studies have further enhanced my caregiving abilities. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I keep families informed with daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication method. I provide respite care, transportation, run errands, and do light housekeeping. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Ultimately, I strive to provide the kind of care I would want for my own family.
