About Jenny

I have over 6 years of experience looking after 5-month-olds to 11-year-olds. I grew up helping my mom with her in-home daycare! I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to be a teacher's aide at Weston All Saints Primary school in Bath, England this past August-December. WASPS is the only school in the region that has a Hearing Impaired Resource Base. This allowed me to help provide deaf students with the greatest teaching and learning environment possible through an individualized, language-rich curriculum. Regardless of a student's resources, I was able to prioritize the development of their emotional and social skills as well as their overall welfare. I assisted struggling readers, created meaningful lesson plans, and provide one-on-one tutoring. I also work at Gardengate Academy in Natick as an assistant teacher! As a sitter my goal is to create a safe atmosphere for learning and having fun. In addition, I want to encourage kids to grow into self-assured, motivated thinkers!
