Hi! My name is Jenni!! I don't have any children of my own, but I do have 4 nieces! They are 7, 7, 12 and 15! Not to toot my own horn, but I feel like children and teenagers generally feel very comfortable around me. I'm not one to baby talk to any child, but to treat them with respect and kindness and of course, humor! I feel as though I have such a gentle kindness and I respect boundaries of both the parents as well as the children. I believe being able to adapt to the environment in any and all situations is vital to creating trust and confidence.

Jenni seemed very eager to apply to our position - we discovered that she had zero practical childcare experience and had never had a paid nanny position. She seemed like she was ready to try & learn so we scheduled a paid trial session! She then proceeded to cancel on us 1.5 hrs before the shift citing an "unexpected big offer" as the reason for her extreme unprofessionalism. I would most certainly not recommend someone who behaves this way, for any job! :)
