About Jennifer

Unlocking your child's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With eight years of experience, I hold a graduate degree and specialize in English, study skills, and special education for elementary students. I believe every learner thrives when supported by a patient, engaging environment. I assess your child's learning style through active observation, adapting my approach with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions to suit their needs. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to build lasting confidence. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure we remain a collaborative team. My greatest reward is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am happy to meet at your home, my home, the library, or online, and I look forward to supporting your student's journey toward academic success.
