Jennifer is outstanding. I have hired many caregivers, first for my elderly mother with cognitive impairment and more recently for a young adult needing care in the home. Jennifer is the best so far, by far. She is extremely energetic and hardworking, very efficient, very kind, and a delightful person to have around the house. Her communication skills are excellent, and she is very responsible and reliable. She has excellent independent judgment and problem-solving skills. She has advanced nursing skills and can care for someone who needs a high level of nursing support. In our current situation, she is caring for someone who can manage most ADLs and needs a low-moderate levels of care depending on the day. Jenny has improved the quality of our lives, and I feel confident that she willo improve the quality of life of anyone fortunate enough to hire her as a caregiver. We feel blessed to have found her.
