About Jennifer

It is my passion to support families, provide loving and professional care, and to integrate stimulating and educational activities into everyday life. I have 20 years experience as a caregiver for children, individuals with special needs, and elderly adults across medical and educational fields. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), ASHA certified, speech language pathologist, and former bilingual elementary school teacher. I hold current certifications in CPR, and as both a medical interpreter (English/Spanish) and substitute teacher. I have experience as a babysitter, nanny, and most recently I have spent the last 6 years as a stay at home mother to two children. I am highly motivated to work with parents/caregivers to create a comforting and supportive environment, and to assist with tasks as needed to help the household run smoothly. I am detail oriented, quick to learn and implement new skills/routines, and I am flexible and happy to adjust things in the moment as necessary.
