I'm looking for a job that allows me to individualize my approach to fit the person's needs. I started tutoring when I was still a student & found that others needed & could benefit from my help. In my spare time, I like to read & write suspense novels, find new recipes to try, & create (art, drawing, crafts, digital images, etc.) One thing you should know about me is I believe, "Where there is a will, there is a way." Whether it is a traditional approach or one fine-tuned to fit an individual's needs, as long as there is willingness & effort to achieve your goals, we can find what suits you to make that happen. My skills include tutoring English, test prep, beginners Spanish, interview/ job skills, & relationship counseling.

Jennifer came highly recommended from a mutual friend that was also a homeschooling parent. Jennifer is an amazing Tutor. She was our son’s Tutor for High School English, Act English section, and strategies. Our son’s score went up 5 points in ACT English and he made 100s on writing assignments. Jennifer focused on his gaps in English which also helped with bringing his score up on English ACT section and got him up to speed. She is very thorough. She provides a blueprint for the student that allows the student to develop the foundation for the subject as she fills in the gaps where the student is weak. She has a heart of a tutor that cares about the student as a whole. We were truly blessed by her dedication and consistency with our son. Because of her guidance and tutoring, he has gone from dreading English and writing to being a student that approaches English and writing with confidence.
