My top 3 values as a tutor and mentor are belonging, service, and staying curious. My favorite moment is to witness the wonder that can follow curiosity! I'm looking for STEM students studying physics, trig & calculus, thermo and fluid dynamics course material at the HS or collegiate levels. I accept all clients but am passionate about supporting young women in these fields. I started tutoring during my studies at CSU. I was one of the inaugural members of Mechanical Engineering Student Ambassadors, who provided peer tutoring as well as tours for prospective students. During my graduate studies I was TA for the Thermo-Fluids laboratory credit, responsible for guiding my students through their weekly experimental stations and grading lab reports. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, homebrew, and craft! I have 10 years experience in the automotive industry, from a thermal performance engineer for engine development to a CFD engineer for rain and snow in an aerodynamics team.
