I can't even begin to describe what an amazing job Jen did helping care for my 97 year old father during the last months of his life. The expertise she has developed with her years of experience in health care really showed. But more importantly – something that no amount of training or experience can give somebody – is how much she genuinely cared. The two of them developed a fantastic rapport, and he always looked forward to their time together. I just hope I am lucky enough to have somebody like Jen around when I reach that age!
