About Jennifer

I'm an experienced mom and pediatric social worker for 20 years. I would love some occasional weekend and evening hours. I am comfortable with all ages and a variety of special needs. I love to play games, craft, and play outside, although I'm also content to be a "quiet presence" for older kids who simply need a legal adult in the house. I'd describe my personality as warm, energetic, trustworthy. I like working with kids because they deserve people who listen to their needs and understand them. I enjoy the playful energy! I'm looking for a job with parents who communicate well with me and want occasional care or overnights. My goal is to build a travel fund outside my office hours. In my spare time, I like to play with my kids and pets, eat cheese, coach youth sports, and read and write. One thing you should know about me is that I will follow your preferred meal and snack schedule, and I always leave a clean kitchen!
