had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and would absolutely recommend her to other families. She arrived on time, was professional, kind, and immediately connected with my grandmother. She was attentive, patient, and provided excellent care throughout the entire visit. What stood out most to me was her initiative and work ethic. She did not want to simply sit around — she was proactive and looked for ways to be helpful. She shared that she believes in working for the good of the whole household, and that approach really showed in how she cared for my grandmother and helped throughout the day. She was also very gentle and kind with our senior dog who is blind and deaf, which meant a lot to our family. It’s clear that she is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about the people she is helping. I felt completely comfortable having her in our home and caring for my grandmother, and I look forward to continuing care of my grandmother.
