About Jennifer

While I was attending school during covid, I had my hopes set on being an elementary school teacher. Sadly, we live in a world where, oftentimes, our careers have to be decided based on how much we make just to get by. I was recently talking to someone, and they told me, "Just because your career is not your passion doesn't mean you can not fulfill that outside of your job." When I get to teach children, it makes me feel like I'm actually making a difference, and hearing their excitement of accomplishment once they understand how to solve something is one of the best feelings. While I was laid off during covid, I went back to school but also was a Nannie for 2 years. I'm sure everyone remembers the schools shut down. I then became not only a nanny but a teacher to those kids as all school work was online with no support. I'm currently still tutoring other children and would be more than happy to share referrals.
